altAn explanation of why there are no older records of Fresno, CA. And why the City of Fresno cannot / will not stand behind the ones they DO have!

Altering of the city water system entails massive reconstruction to connecting structures. Some are removed as others are expanded. Done parcel by parcel, property lines are being altered. Plat/parcel maps and aerial views are quickly altered to cover up the evidence. Property is re-sold as "original" on deeds that reflect the new information.


In some cases, these illegally-altered parcel maps are presented to the neighbor as "proof" that their property is overlapping and unless the problem is rectified immediately, at THEIR expense, they will be SUED! And the altering of property lines continues.

With no permits or inspections for any of this, as well as altered records to cover up the evidence, the City of Fresno denies all knowledge and/or responsibility - going as far as to commit perjury to deny that it ever took place.














Massive cover-up - hence, massive building, health, safety and environmental code violations. Every structure rebuilt, with virtually no enforement of building regulations, now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines.

Usually done in-between sales, otherwise annihilation / elimination of residents, evidenced by the trail of ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, illegal conversion of assets. What better way to eliminate witnesses as the City of Fresno continues to line their pockets while the secret replacement of the water system continues. Behind secret water diversion for upcoming development!

Fresno Poperty Taxes - Prop 13

Next time you hear the City of Fresno cry about the loss of revenue - think about this!

Parcel by parcel, behind the felony altering of sewer and water lines throughout town, property owners have either relocated or been run off in one manner or another.

Every time a change of ownership takes place, property taxes are reassessed and GUESS WHO IS COLLECTING?!? I am no expert in finances, but I can see what and how the owners in the Tower Dist. were/are annihilated because in order to pull this off, because it was done to my family. Where Proposition 13 was in tact - property taxes were not raised as long as it remained in the family.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't the value of property in the Tower District soar prior to the "infrastructure upgrade?" Where Olive Ave. was widened WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, PERMITS OR INSPECTIONS. That was impossible to carry out, without destruction and patching of street-lined property. How about that so-called Tower District "revitalization." I believe the term "REPAIRS" would have been more appropriate - look at the shambles the area has been left in. At the same time property values soared!?!


An investigation would expose the fraud behind the real estate transactions before, during and after - including why no one complained. Public records show the links and rotation pattern among the entourage behind this, as it continues.

You don't see anymore old families in the Tower District, where Proposition 13 was in place. In my case, with the chemicals and the corrupt realtor, not only were we annihilated and run off our properties, we were cheated in excess of $1 million. Even then, taxes went from $800+/- to $2500+/-. They should have gone to $10,000, which they will, when the properties re-sell. Who is collecting off of this?!? The agency that whines about loss of revenue for street maintenance, etc? The agency that increased our utility bills due to "maintenance" of sewer/water lines as they assured us of complying with State and Federal guidelines? I do not know - that is why I am asking.

Behind the altered plat/parcel maps, official sewer layouts verify what is taking place. But because no one looks, questions or compares records, this is how the City of Fresno has gotten by with non-responsibility for the horrendous damages they are holding property owners responsible to maintain. With old records of Fresno no longer available and disclosure laws not being complied with, they commit perjury to discredit their own UNALTERED records while citing, "That is your problem - that is your property."
